In depth

Verdict

A disappointing turnout for this handicap chase with Seigneur Des Bois having much to prove on his return from a break having shown little since arriving at Ferdy Murphy's yard last year. Seeyaaj never threatened to take a hand in the finish at Kelso last time but has won off a higher mark in the past and will appreciate the better ground. ROBERTEWENUTTER gets the vote, therefore, having won at Catterick last time on only his second start over fences - he has more scope than his rivals.
