Cyclone has been disappointing so far over timber and has been rather harshly raised a pound since his latest third at Newton Abbot. Early Applause won at Cartmel last month but is pretty much exposed and Asuncion has her first run for Rebecca Menzies since arriving from France. SPIN CAST is tried in blinkers and this looks easier than the race in which he finished third at Southwell in June - he may be good enough to defy top weight if on his best behaviour.
