    Verdict

POW WOW has been shrewdly placed to land a couple of Class 6 events without looking entirely straightforward in doing so, though maybe he's the sort to do just enough. He steps up a grade now but it's probably safest to go along with him until beaten. Conkering Hero, also raised in class, looks a danger on the back of a convincing Lingfield all-weather success which represented a major improvement on previous efforts. Perla Blanca is a possible improver and Pete So High will go well on the best of his form while Tristram looked to be going the right way until bombing out last time.
