Conry took advantage of a tumbling mark to score at Wolverhampton last month. He isn't as well handicapped on Turf but should still go well here while Sir George should also be thereabouts. Horatio Carter is only a pound higher than when second at Thirsk and Steel Stockholder won at the North Yorkshire track on his penultimate start, though ran a shocker when upped in grade at Doncaster subsequently. SUMMER DANCER goes well here and again caught the eye over C&D in May when probably in need of the run. He's no back number and, well treated on his form of a couple of years ago, can recapture the winning thread in this.
