Verdict

Bond Club had been beaten in four sellers before winning one over 6f at Leicester, only his second victory in 17 starts. He'll be fancied to complete a double but SHILLITO landed a class 5 handicap at Pontefract in April and hasn't performed badly from 7lb higher in similar grade subsequently. The assessor has dropped him 3lb and his rider's claim gives him a fine chance of returning to winning ways. Knockamany Bends' second place at Wolverhampton came in a low-grade handicap but Incomparable has returned to action after a very long break and ran an excellent race at Hamilton, suggesting he's not finished winning yet. The three-year-old filly Singing Star has only run four times and shown a bit of dash while Decision By One runs the occasional decent race though is just as likely to finish tailed off.
