    Verdict

A very poor contest and most of these will end up hurdling. SOLAR VIEW is by Galileo and looked ideally suited when stepping up to 1m6f at Wolverhampton where he stayed on dourly behind Up Ten Down Two with the remainder well beaten. He can progress again and take this though Letham Cottage can prove a threat. Brian Meehan doesn't have many runners in this type of race and this one found a bit of improvement when tackling 1m4f for the first time at Folkestone. Single Girl was staying on under pressure when tackling 1m6f at Yarmouth and one one of the few here virtually guaranteed to last out the trip along with Minnie Diva, who was beaten a short-head over 1m4f here in May and ran quite well behind Bathwick Street when stepped up to 1m6f at Nottingham last time.
