    Verdict

Mujood has shown improved form of late, winning his last two starts over six furlongs and a mile, should not be at all inconvenienced by the return to seven furlongs today and Eve Johnson Houghton's gelding gets the vote to make it three on the bounce, getting the verdict ahead of Froissee and Flying Bantam. The last mentioned has run well in two starts on the all-weather and has to be respected on his return to turf but he may be a shade high in the weights. Howard Johnson's Stonehaugh has slipped to a fair mark for his reappearance and has to be considered but is hard to recommend on the form shown last season. Simon Callaghan's Froissee gained a deserved success at Newmarket earlier this month and has solid claims off just a 2lb higher mark but preference is for Mujood, who is taken to win again.
