Verdict

This is a moderate handicap and Geophony, who is 1lb above the ratings band, is respected after a fair run on his reappearance at Redcar, his first run since September. Richard Fahey runs Atteq, who hasn't been in the best of form on the all-weather, and the lightly-raced Starlite Sienna, who looks the type to do better this season. Fleetfoot Jack showed little in three maidens so starts out in handicaps off a lowly mark but OUR CHARLIE BROWN's run over an extended 7f trip here last week gave notice of better to come over today's distance and he's handed the vote.
