Verdict

SUNNYSIDE TOM came out best at the weights despite finishing second in similar company at Carlisle last month. Lee Topliss' 3lb claim make his task that much easier and he can confirm running with Academy Blues. Charlie Cool scored at York last month, but was beaten when odds-on in a claimer before that, while Frognal should also be thereabouts judged on his run at Epsom last month. The remainder will struggle to get involved on today's terms with recent Polytrack runner-up Nicholas Pocock making most appeal of those.
