In depth

Verdict

A very weak claimer can go to Prince Des Neiges, Susie May and Tumble Jill are also worthy of a mention. The selection has struggled in a couple of competitive handicaps recently but his previous form should be good enough in this company. He chased home Missie Baileys in a fast ground Windsor claimer back in June over today's trip and a repeat effort should see him go close here. Susie May ran the best race of her career at Nottingham last time when chasing home Franchoek in a handicap. She will appreciate the drop in trip and looks a big danger. Tumble Jill is a decent enough type on her day and she gets all the allowances here so has to be a threat of her low weight. This is not a race to risk the mortgage money but Prince Des Neiges looks the best option and he gets our vote.
