Verdict

Propaganda is out to get the losses back, and can do so against Crimson Monarch, Compton Falcon and Tafiya to name but three. Propaganda was sent off as favourite in an all-fillies' affair at Bath last time, but disaster struck as she unseated William Buick a furlong out. She was ridden at the time, and in truth may only have been placed at best, but she gets a chance to atone here before going handicapping. With Eddie Ahern on board now, she is taken to make fitness count over Compton Falcon. The latter has been off the track since finishing third on soft ground at Bath in July, but the stable is in better form now, and he should at least go well. Amanda Perrett is double-handed with Hesivorthedriver and Crimson Monarch, and it is the latter that is the pick of the pair, with Jim Crowley on board. The four-year-old Tafiya has it to do at the weights, given what she has achieved, while Saloon has to best watched on this belated return, and World Beat lacks experience. Propaganda can prove up to the task.
