All-weather form to the fore once again in a very trappy handicap. At least Prince Of Burma displayed solid Turf form last weekend when hunting up Reggie Bond at Haydock but he's yet to score on grass and, in general, does find getting his head in front a tough challenge. This may well be his day as he's clearly in good nick but TAX REFORM boasted some fair Irish form before joining Mark Hoad and could still be open to progress after just nine starts to date. Moreover, the best of his runs have been shown on Turf so he's taken to land a first career success. Skidby Mill is a consistent sort for the Mongans and deserves short-list inclusion along with Malaysian Boleh, who is not discounted despite top weight.
Malaysian Boleh 8-1 (9-0) Towards rear, ridden and headway over 1f out, never dangerous, 6th of 7, 5l behind Light From Mars (9-7) at Kempton 7f hcp 0-80 (4) pol in Mar.

Tax Reform (IRE) 10-1 (9-0) Held up in touch in 4th, ridden over 1f out, soon weakened, 4th of 5, 6l behind Tee It Up Tommo (9-5) at Kempton 1m hcp 0-75 (5) pol in Mar.
Skidby Mill (IRE) 12-1 (8-7) Dwelt in touch in rear, ridden and headway entering final furlong, staying on when not clear run and short of room near finish, 4th of 5, 1 3/4l behind Grasped (9-4) at Lingfield 1m fll hcp (0-75) (5) pol.
