In depth

Verdict

If earlier races have gone to plan then DANE COTTAGE can round off a successful night for Harriet Bethell. Her mount dead-heated at Newcastle last month and went close off a higher mark behind the rejuvenated Persian Peril at Musselburgh last time. Talk Of Saafend was placed twice for today's amateur last month and should be thereabouts, while Spice Bar is potentially well handicapped back on the Flat having made a big improvement over hurdles recently. Beneath makes most appeal of the remainder.
