      Verdict

      BURTONWOOD won at Beverley last month and looks capable of defying a 4lb rise. Native Falls finished a bit closer at Hamilton last time having slipped down the weights and drops down a grade while Lydiate Lady is back on a winning mark and posted a better effort over 6f here recently. Lady Wootton has failed to build on her second over track and trip back in May but the selection’s stablemate Tom Sawyer could bounce back at any time off his current mark.
