A competitive finale as all eight runners have shown a decent level of form this year. Bachotheque arguably faces a stiff task under joint top weight but Elle Woods, Tatsilu and Order Of Service all won last time. The first-named scored over track and trip and should be thereabouts again. Al Udeid has been knocking on the door and Ceelo is starting to come down the weights but Baltic Prince is still 12lb higher than when scoring at Beverley in the spring. LIGHTNING LAUNCH also had the latter behind when runner-up to Mystical Man at Chester and Daniel Cremin again takes off 7lb. Mick Channon's gelding has form at a higher level and can return to winning ways this evening.
