Verdict
Five of the seven have a letter against their name last time with the bottom pair showing little when last seen. We'll go with BROTHER SCOTT, steadily progressive for Sue Smith this season until pulling up last time behind Morning Time. However, he is forgiven as the run came on soft ground on which he has yet to display any worthwhile form. Previous efforts, including a Sedgefield success this term, read well in the context of this race. Born To Shine has failed to complete the last twice but displayed promise before and AP McCoy is on board over what should be his ideal trip and he looks the danger. Lodgician has not been seen since pulling up at Huntingdon in April but he's had a good rest and would merit shortlist inclusion if back to something approaching his best.
