Verdict

RIVER DUN attracted some support before finishing third behind Champagne Harmony at Galway in October and though no match for the winner, who has won again subsequently, it was a fine effort and compensation awaits. Bon Genre went for £42,000 after finishing runner-up to Ballinderry Moth at Killarney and should be paying his way soon and though the likes of Cracking Find and The Tailgater were well beaten on their debuts both will have come on for the experience and should do much better.
