Verdict

In a wide open handicap we just choose SENDALI after a win when returning to the level ahead of Nayessence and Park's Prodigy. Lightly raced on the flat in recent seasons the pick has now won his last two in this sphere. He just got up for his latest but there looks to be more to come from him in this medium and Jamie Spencer looks an interesting jockey booking. Nayessence scored his second success in three starts at Wolverhampton on his latest outing. It was enough to suggest that he could follow up but this is tougher and his record on turf is off putting. Park's Prodigy races under a 6lbs penalty for staying on victory last time out. The step up in trip here should be no problem and he should still be competitive under this weight. Born To Perform was expected to go better last time but was very disappointing. His weighted to get the better of the pick after their last meeting but with that last effort offering up a few questions we side with Sendali.
