        Verdict

        Dandy Nicholls runs both Kabis Amigos and Hamaasy, both have decent form claims, however we will side with Ed McMahon's charge Smirfy's Night. The selection was pulled up lame on his last start at Leicester, but had previously put in a solid performance when third to Outrageous Flirt at Hamilton. He is probably better over this longer trip and he is now down to a decent mark. Kabis Amigos is a former Henry Cecil inmate who won off a mark of 64 this time last year. He is now with the handicap master and off this type of mark he has to given every chance. Stable companion Hamaasy finished in front of the selection in that Hamilton contest but is probably a better horse over that six furlong trip. Which brings us back to our choice Smirfy's Night, who will relish the return to seven.
