Verdict

Tom Tate's On The High Tops has struggled since making a winning debut and looks best watched despite his high rating, while Tim Easterby's Captain Kolo looks to be going the right way having won well over course and distance last time but this is tougher and the ground not as soft today. Richard Fahey's El Viento has an obvious chance at the weights and ran better than expected in Redcar's Two-Year-Old Trophy on his most recent outing but he is probably better over further than the minimum and preference is for WHERE'S ROMEO. David Brown's colt was found wanting in a listed race over six furlongs two runs ago but he looks worth backing returned to his favoured distance on ground that suits.
