Pendower has done nothing wrong in his two starts for Paul Nicholls, winning a Newton Abbot bumper first time out before taking a maiden hurdle at Newbury last time, but this is tougher and it is hard to get away from RESTLESS HARRY, who looks the one to beat with the main danger rated as Master Of The Hall. Nicky Henderson's gelding has shown decent form in hurdles having won his first two starts in good fashion before being outclassed behind The Minack in the Sidney Banks at Huntingdon. This is a weaker race and the son of Saddlers' Hall looks the most serious rival to the selection. Dai Burchell's Ring For Time won well at Hereford last time but this is tougher and he looks likely to have to settle for a place at best and of more interest may be Scampi Boy. Paul Webber's gelding is lightly raced and open to improvement but he needs to improve to get the better of Restless Harry. Robin Dickin's six-year-old was still there with every chance approaching the last before falling in the Albert Bartlett at the festival and he has solid claims on the evidence of his run there and previous outings.
