    Verdict

A wide open handicap hurdle rounds off the card with many in form rivals in opposition including Sud Blue, Demi Beau Anatar and Mambo and the tentative vote goes to Demi Beau. The gelding from the Charlie Mann yard won well last time out over course and distance when defeating Perouse and although he has risen in the weights for that win he will be hard to beat with conditions in his favour. Sud Blue rates the main danger he has =shown improved form since having a wind operation and was a good second behind Thesis last time and he has definite place claims but again he may be venerable to a better handicap rival.Anatar is another that could go well he is well weighted on his best form and ran as if about to return to his best when fourth behind Almaravide last time. Mambo is also worthy of respect he won a weak affair at Wetherby on his last run and although he has risen in the weights he remains at the right end of the handicap and is from a very shrewd yard. Of the remainder The Last Cast is sure to strip fitter here than he did on his debut this season and he could go well at a big price but for the winner we return to Demi Beau.
