In depth

Verdict

FLYING HAMMER made a decent start when third at Newmarket last year. It would be no surprise if the Haggas colt made a winning return in this modest company. Mickey Haller was well beaten at Wetherby, despite starting favourite on his reappearance, but better is expected from him while it was soft ground when Prefect finished a long way behind the winner here last month. The remainder are hard to fancy unless Real Smart lives up to her name making her racecourse debut.
