Verdict

Sword of The Lord went close twice on the Polytrack last month but has still to show the same ability on Turf. Bursledon has proved disappointing and is now tried in a visor but veteran Tanforan is enjoy an Indian summer and, after beating Delightful Sleep in a lady amateurs' race over track and trip, went close under Shelley Birkett here last time. We'd just about given up on HAIL PROMENADER but he finally showed a glimpse of his old form at Brighton on Monday and is throw in here if back to his best. He gets a final chance though Rock Anthem is another potentially well treated type who could run well at a big price.
