Verdict

Oscar Gogo won at Ffos Las in December and has yet to finish out of the frame in four starts over fences. Mohayer looks too high in the weights, however, and Darby's Turn hasn't built on his defeat of Dan Breen at Warwick in November. Massini Sunset has found things tougher since winning at Plumpton in January and Mister Wiseman's winning run was brought to an abrupt end at Wincanton last month. REQUIN was making his chase debut when runner-up to As De Fer at Exeter and, though 4lb higher here, is open to more improvement that his rivals. Victor Dartnall's string is in fine form and the six-year-old can open his account over the larger obstacles today.
