Verdict

Aarti is proving a big disappointment but Willie Haggas has a terrific record with his three-year-olds here and she should be thereabouts again. Be My Rock and Ebble have been knocking on the door and are others with decent claims while Gifted Dancer was beaten less than a length in a handicap at Goodwood last time and should find a race before the end of the year. SHALEEK doesn't look an easy ride and is making hard work of gaining that elusive first win but her overall form is the best of offer and she's probably the one to beat again. It's almost a year since Pomarine made her debut at Newmarket but she could be worth monitoring with a view to handicaps in the autumn.
