    Verdict

    CHRISTOPHER WOOD (NAP looked set for a good season when only beaten half-a-length by Breath Caught at Newmarket in April. He’s failed to win in three subsequent starts though hasn’t run badly and the easier going here should see him put the record straight. Dorella will need to improve on her Turf debut at Sandown but Reveleon won on his first start for new connections at Nottingham and Starcaster gets soft ground for the first time since a close third at Goodwood in October and was well ahead of Phoenician Star at Lingfield last month.
