Verdict

A competitive contest gets proceedings underway and the market will be very informative but the principals look to be I Hear A Symphony, Schiehallion, The Jazz Musician and Quartano and the narrow vote is given to The Jazz Musician. The selection was a fair second behind Pettifour last time out on his first start over hurdles he looks sure to have learnt from the experience and given nominal improvement he looks a value bet. Schiehallon rates the main danger on his latest second behind Isn't That Lucky. He is held in high regard but he has been to keen for his own good on his last two starts and is taken on with this in mind. I Hear A Symphony is another that could go well on his latest second behind Tampa Boy but he has already indicated he would be suited by a longer trip and he is taken on with this in mind. Quartano is another that could go well as he has a BHA rating of 125m but he has not progressed as expected of late. Of the remainder Could be Alright showed promise when last seen but may need the run after an 885 day break and for the winner we return to The Jazz Musician.
