MANY WELCOMES is a consistent performer who may be able to land this prize but dangers abound with Gracie's Gift, Caustic Wit, Iguacu and Minnola all considered. Gracie's Gift is an experienced campaigner who comes here in form and has to feature prominently on the short-list as he's still not too badly treated. Minnola made an encouraging return to action at Kempton and should find her niche in handicap company whilst, at the other end of the spectrum, there was enough promise in the Brighton run of veteran performer Caustic Wit to mark him down as a player. Iguacu didn't fare too badly on the same card and is unexposed for this yard but the selection has solid claims following sound performances on all three starts this year. She's entitled to come on for the latest of them and Many Welcomes can step up on that run and land the finale.
