Verdict

Fillies' handicaps can be notoriously weak and though the field may be large in number, the claims of LADY MANGO stand out all the more. Ron Harris' filly has registered three wins from her last four starts, and she's unpenalised for a recent success in an apprentices race at Kempton. She will need to prove an ability to handle the going but the hustle and bustle of these handicaps seems to suit her style of running. Henry Candy's string is in good order so Gifted Dancer is worthy of inclusion upon our shortlist. She may have needed her reappearance at Lingfield and is likely to have come on for that run. Pawprints landed the odds in a Yarmouth maiden though the second has let the form down in the interim. Daffydowndilly and Royal Selection attempt to register their first wins on the turf whilst Collectable makes some appeal on her recent run at Brighton as she was ahead of a runner that has subsequently placed off a mark of 60.
