This is a new trip for the hat-trick seeking Rainbow Rebel and Mark Johnston also runs the potentially well-treated Yorkindred Spirit. Muqarred was a close-up third at Redcar two weeks ago but has only won over 7f so far. There are no stamina doubts surrounding Cornborough, however, as he's won three times over hurdles, though he's not run on the Flat since second over a mile at Haydock in April. DE VEER CLIFFS (NAP) wouldn't be averse to some rain but ran well enough on faster going at Yarmouth last time over a trip too short and the booking of Fran Berry is a positive. Outback Blue doesn't look an obvious stayer over this trip either on breeding or what he's shown so far.
