In depth

Verdict

Tony Martin holds a strong hand with four entries and MINELLA SCAMP may prove best of them having chased home Attribution at Naas last month. The winner has since run well in a Grade 2 so the form looks strong. Henry De Bromhead trains Attribution and looks to have a fair chance here with Motown Bob, who made a very bright start over fences at Wexford and was racing against better opposition next time at Fairyhouse. No Dice is another of the Tony Martin brigade and he looked as though 2m4f was taxing his stamina last time after very nearly making a successful chasing debut over this trip at Tramore. Golden Plan burst a blood vessel at Cork after a promising start on heavy going at Sligo but Killaro Boy could prove troublesome as he was making his handicap debut over hurdles when scoring at Fairyhouse in the spring and will be better for his chasing debut at Gowran.
