In depth

Verdict

Division Two of this handicap looks a poor contest but ENTER THE INDIAN looks to have been handed a good chance to add to his two victories on the Flat. He beat a big field of hurdlers at Tipperary last month and this once decent handicapper has slipped to a very lenient mark. Mutiska was sent to Pontefract for a marathon last month and started favourite but he ran poorly and is much better judged on his previous run behind Gan Locht at Dundalk. The winner could boost the form with a big run in Division One. Cool Newport hasn't run since September but has shown enough ability to get involved here.
