Verdict

LONGSHADOW has been handed an 11lb rise for an easy victory over 1m4f at Wexford where he led at tonight's trip but he can run with a 5lb penalty so looks well handicapped despite a big weight. He can win again with Ronan Whelan's claim a bonus. Sweet Refusal was six lengths behind but had an unlucky run and should finish much closer. She also has the beating of Sceilg on their form behind Todd at Limerick and both should enjoy the better ground. Stephen Hero looks a big threat as he was staying on very strongly over a mile at Naas and probably would have won in a few more strides.
