Verdict

CHARGING INDIAN, five times a winner on the Flat, has yet to score in 13 starts over hurdles but ran his best race for a while at Gowran earlier this month and has dropped to a winning mark. It's a surprise to see Sarah Battle racing over this trip as she gained her only success to date over 3m on this track in May though she's run well here in the past and has to be on the short-list. The veteran Monahullan Prince will be having his 100th career start of which he's won nine times though only twice over hurdles. He's having his fourth race of this month but has been going well enough to get into the frame again. Famous Ballerina had shown nothing before a much-improved effort at Tramore and any further progress would see her in the money while Abolitionist can also go well despite his big weight.
