Verdict

Woodland Opera has struggled in his two starts since landing a very strong novices' handicap at Punchestown in April but still has scope to make further progress. JURY DUTY, a very smart staying hurdler, made a very impressive chasing debut at Limerick where he came home with his head in his chest. He has a better opponent here in Bamako Moriviere and won't find this as easy. Willie Mullins' charge would have won easily but for falling at Listowel then beat the well-regarded Tombstone at Fairyhouse and has more to offer. Ice Cold Soul did well over timber but looks the type to make an even better chaser so he's one to keep an eye on.
