Jackemil scored twice on heavy ground in the autumn before being well beaten over timber in December. Amazing Star is now on his fourth trainer but Denis Hogan will get the best out of him and he's now dropped to a very reasonable mark. Hawkswood was in fine form on Polytrack at this time a year ago but hasn't been seen since May. Danequest is reasonably consistent despite a strike-rate of just 1-28 and will be fit from a spell over timber while Vasoni finally got off the mark at the 19th attempt on heavy ground at Roscommon in October and must be a threat from her lowly spot in the handicap. AURIFODINA is by Dylan Thomas and was never likely to be a speedy juvenile so she's handed the vote to make a winning start to her second season from what could prove to be a very lenient mark.
