Verdict

Winning point-to-pointer Ballybrowney Ella has been performing reasonably well over timber but would probably prefer easier conditions and a longer trip. She was over 7l behind GIVE HER BACH (NAP) when they occupied the places behind the well-supported Daisy's Gift at Killarney last month and is unlikely to turn the tables on Pat Cronin's mare, who has plenty going for her and gets the vote. Padraig's Joy has been a bit disappointing since runner-up at Gowran in June and Tikka Light doesn't seem to be making much progress.
