Many of these have been running over jumps but the high-class hurdler Essex was having his first start since November when a respectable second to Elyaadi over 1m6f at Leopardstown at the end of last month. Third placed Zarinava has since run well at Roscommon so there is nothing wrong with the form. Bahrain Storm was in brilliant form last summer and is very well handicapped if back in that kind of shape. He's had a break since a good run over timber at Punchestown in April and is one to consider. The handicapper has raised Fisher Bridge 8lbs for scoring at Roscommon which may just be enough to prevent a follow up while Diego Garcia has run once in four years though that shouldn't prevent this former useful type going well for Willie Mullins. SPINNING WINGS is in the form of her life and followed up her Listowel victory with a very convincing success over Green Mile at Limerick with today's rival Admiral Barry third. The latter is slightly out of the handicapper and may not have enough in the locker to turn the tables on the winner who can complete a hat-trick.
