Verdict

Magical Dream won her maiden at Galway in good style before a poor run in the Group 2 Debutante Stakes over the C&D. She bounced back with a much better effort in the Moyglare and would be difficult to beat in that kind of form. Starbright was just behind here in that latter event and there's no real reason for a reversal of the form but Kevin Prendergast has a better chance with SPINACRE, who is handed the vote. She's improved out of all recognition in recent weeks and followed a facile maiden success at Roscommon by comfortably beating today's rival Reglisse in a Listed contest over a mile on this track.
