Verdict

LA ZAMORA gets the nod ahead of Agent Stone and Meigh Eo. The selection made a pleasing debut last time, finishing third and can be expected to improve enough to make her mark here today. The three-year-old was a 4,200gns purchase and looks a decent sort. Agent Stone has seen his form slipping of late and ran a terrible race last time. The recently gelded three-year-old was showing some progressive form last year and was well backed on his return last time out. Although he was largely disappointing then he should have a much easier time of it today and expected to be thereabouts at the finish. Maigh Eo ran well in defeat last time and would not have to progress much for the outing to be a factor.
