A modest race can go to Dennick, whose yard have a good record in races like this, while Pennel and Crimson Bow are others that have claims at this level and may be worth noting for each-way support. The last named handles a bit of cut underfoot and, with the form of her penultimate start now working out well, James Given's charge should not be underestimated. Pennel ran a respectable race at Wetherby on his hurdles debut and should have learnt from the experience. This is likely to be his grade in this sphere and he is one to note as he gains in experience.
