Verdict

With question marks surrounding most of these it could pay to stick with ELAND ALLY. Tom Tate's consistent gelding registered a deserved first victory over a slightly shorter trip here three weeks ago and though this is tougher, he should at least run his race. Azzurra Du Caprio scored here in April but was well beaten on her latest start, while Take Your Partner's winning run on the all-weather came to an abrupt end at Thirsk where he finished last. Captain Kolo was runner-up in the same race at Thirsk but was below par last time, and Abzolutely is having her first race since October.
