In depth

Verdict

The High Man won a shade cosily over a shorter trip at Lingfield last month and should make another bold bid if lasting home while Scottish Star is another with his stamina to prove after a couple of decent efforts over 1m2f. ARIZONA JOHN is a C&D winner and went close off today's mark at Pontefract last time. Dropped in class today, John Mackie's charge is fancied to return to winning ways. Woop Woop is proving much better on the Polytrack though this is easier than his recent assignments and Al Furat has place claims off his current mark having gone well over track and trip before.
