In depth

Verdict

RAILWAY RULE was well supported on his debut at Leopardstown last weekend in the race won by Aminabad but couldn't quite get involved. That looked a decent contest and there's more to come. He should again take care of Never Never, who was four lengths behind, though the latter was staying on nicely at the finish. Ange D'Or Javilex is from a strong French jumping family and looks a nice recruit for a yard that do well in this sphere. Brother Bennett is the first foal of a French hurdles winner and Red House Hill is by the successful stallion Ad Valorem out of a mare who won a bumper and also scored over jumps. On Fiddlers Green cost 42,000 euros last year and his yard have had some success in bumpers.
