Verdict

Pond Cottage looked as though he would certainly be suited by further when staying on into second over 2m2f at Downpatrick so it's possible tonight's trip may prove too short. WHYNOTGIVEUP made a very promising debut when runner-up to Some Fiddle at Ballinrobe and though not quite up to that form next time should be god enough for this. Cometotheboardroom showed his first sign of ability at Cork earlier this month while Good Time Harry attracted debut support at Sligo and didn't appear suited by the slow gallop.
