Verdict

After a winning debut in a bumper at Ffos Las and a cracking second to Pittoni on his hurdling bow at Punchestown, Soldier Bay has been disappointing though he gets the age allowance here. TIJUANA DANCER is progressing nicely and comfortably landed a maiden at Clonmel in March. He wasn't seen out again until a pipe-opener on the level at Sligo three weeks ago and will be fighting fit for this. Baracas is another improving type who had little difficulty landing a Galway maiden last time but Georgie's Roscommon victory was a real shock as he had shown very little previously. Golden Grimshaw scored over 2m2f at Downpatrick last month but has no problems with the shorter trip and should go well.
