Verdict

Lady In Motion looked a sure-fire future winner when caught right on the line at Tipperary in June but soon folded when headed at Ballinrobe. With all the allowances here, she is likely to be difficult to catch. Little Haarth has been inconsistent but his run behind Alton Bay at Ballinrobe in May puts him in the picture but it's TOPPER THORNTON who looks the one to be on. Colin McBratney's point-to-point winner made a very promising debut under Rules when a close third to Clondaw Farmer, who makes his hurdling debut earlier, and with further progress expected he can take this. Blueberry Hill had shown some promise in bumpers before a poor debut over hurdles at Tipperary.
