Verdict

Shanroe Society appeared to enjoy running on fast ground at Down Royal on Monday and should go well with his rider's claim a bonus. However, PATROLMAN finished in front of him and has been in such good form on the Flat recently that he can gain his first hurdles victory. Catchin Time has definitely improved on quicker going though he's up 3lb for his latest defeat while Brian The Warrior is still a maiden after 33 starts. Snoqualmie Chief showed a bit more promise at Kilbeggan and is only a four-year-old so further progress is likely.
