Verdict

Heir To The Mint won a C&D handicap in January but couldn't cope with a 9lb rise when only sixth behind today's rival Fleeting Moment the following month. The latter is back on the same mark after being beaten in three subsequent starts but doesn't win very often so it's LIBERTY TO ROCK who is handed the vote. He was a couple of lengths behind Heir To The Mint here but has a big pull in the weights and is 4lb lower than when scoring over the C&D in November. The lightly-raced Topadee has some decent form to her credit though she may just need this and is making her debut on the surface while Whitethorne Scent, another with little experience, hasn't been seen since a promising effort here in September.
